Ashley Kail is currently serving as the Assistant Company Manager at American Ballet Theatre since September 2023, and previously held roles as Assistant in the Children's Division at the same institution. In 2023, Ashley worked as a Joyce Theater Productions Intern at The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. From January 2021 to May 2023, Ashley contributed as a JKO School Children’s Assistant and a paid intern at American Ballet Theatre. Earlier experience includes a role as a Production Assistant at Miami City Ballet from December 2011 to December 2020. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts Administration and Production from New York University and graduated with a High School Diploma from the School for Advanced Studies Wolfson Campus.
