Kyle Ridaught

Kyle Ridaught is a seasoned professional in business operations and philanthropy with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently, Kyle serves as Head of Business Operations at American Ballet Theatre since December 2011, previously holding positions such as Director of Capital Projects and Director of Development within the same organization. Prior experience includes Vice President of National Corporate Partnerships at Teach for America and Senior Vice President of Corporate Philanthropy at Lehman Brothers, where management of a 15-person philanthropy team was undertaken. Additionally, Kyle contributed as a Volunteer Board Member for The Neuberger Berman Foundation, focusing on charitable initiatives for underprivileged children.
