Pablo Gomez (Paul)

Pablo "Paul" Gomez is a seasoned senior executive and business strategist in the home mortgage lending industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Sr. Capital Projects Coordinator for the City of Miami Beach since December 2018, Pablo also holds the position of Mortgage Loan Originator at CFN Mortgage Capital / Crossfire Financial Network since June 2017, with a focus on marketing, sales business development, and legal compliance in FHA/FNMA loan origination. Notable achievements include securing HUD condominium approvals for over 75 developments, facilitating FHA end loans for more than 7,000 units over the past decade, and pioneering South Florida's first FHA-approved condominium conversion of 275+ units in 1996.
