Charlie also has experience as the President of Independent Financial's Washington Location and Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer at Integrity Bank. Charlie's career started at First Interstate as a Vice President, where Charlie developed commercial loan portfolios. Charlie holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
