Dave Shores

Dave Shores has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Dave started their career in 1999 as an Accounting Manager for Commercial Bank of Westport, where they managed assets and liabilities, prepared financial statements, and served as the main contact for regulatory and audit examiners. In 2007, they joined 1st Advantage Bank as Vice President/Operations Officer, where they managed a $7,000,000 bond portfolio, developed bank accounting policies, and implemented balance sheet management strategies. In 2019, they became the Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer for Midwest Regional Bank, where they worked as a financial professional and was responsible for multiple branches in the St. Louis area. Most recently, in 2022, they joined American Bank of Missouri as a Vice President.

Dave Shores earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting from Saint Louis University from 1987 to 1989. Dave then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Saint Louis University from 1990 to 1992.
