Bryan Pendleton

Bryan Pendleton is an enterprise operations and payments executive with over 20 years of experience in large-scale platforms and complex regulatory environments, notably in banking functions involving deposits, payments, and operational resilience. Currently serving as the Executive Head of Deposit & Payment Operations at First Citizens Bank, Pendleton oversees key operational functions across various banking sectors, including legacy Silicon Valley Bank operations. Previously, they held leadership roles at Wells Fargo, driving significant transformational initiatives, enhancing team engagement, and implementing compliance policies. Pendleton is also a board member of the Payments Intelligence Advisory at American Banker and an active participant in several regulatory committees. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and Law at Western Carolina University.
