Frank Langrock

Fritz is a partner at Langrock Sperry & Wool in Middlebury Vermont. He previously served on the ABA Board of Governors from 2017 to 2020 as the representative from the First District, where he served as Chair of the Subcommittee on Investments for two years. Prior to his Board service, he was State Delegate from Vermont from 2008 to 2016. He is currently the chair of the ABA Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services. Fritz also chaired the House of Delegates Technology and Communications Committee in 2013-2014 and has served two terms on Council for the Solo, Small Firm, General Practice Division.
