Jennifer Lachance Michel

Jennifer LaChance Michel serves as the Director of the Dispute Resolution Section at the American Bar Association since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Associate Director for Reunion and Class Giving at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on fundraising initiatives from October 2019 to June 2021. Jennifer's prior experience at the American Bar Association includes various roles in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, including Associate Director, Marketing and Sponsorship Manager, and Program Specialist, with responsibilities ranging from sponsorship strategy implementation to administrative liaison duties with section committees. Earlier experience includes serving as an Accreditation Associate and Program/Site Visit Coordinator at the American Bar Association, as well as an Administrative Intern in the United States Senate. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marquette University.
