Maka Beradze

Maka Beradze has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career at USAID in 2006 as a Human Resources Specialist and later became a Human Resources Manager. They then worked as a Human Resources Director at AECOM and later joined USAID again as a Human Resources Advisor. In 2014, Maka joined Creative Associates International as a Talent Acquisition Manager and then moved to Land O'Lakes, Inc. as a Sr. HR Business Partner. Currently, Maka is working at the American Bar Association, where they have held the positions of Regional Human Resources Manager, Regional Human Resources Director, and Director of International Human Resources.

Maka Beradze obtained a Master's degree in International Development Policy from Duke University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Maka completed a Bachelor's degree in Languages from Tbilisi State University of Languages and Culture.
