Scott Cadorette, M.Div., M.B.A., is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ministry and business analysis. Currently serving as the Co-Founder, Contributing Author, and Marriage Ministry Leader at MM3K Ministries, Scott focuses on promoting the marriage covenant through biblically based programs and support for couples. In addition, Scott holds the position of Senior Business Systems Analyst at the American Board of Emergency Medicine, where responsibilities include leading technical projects, improving IT systems, and collaborating with stakeholders. Scott's previous roles encompass pastoral internship, business analysis, and systems analysis within various organizations, complemented by an extensive academic background including a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Divinity.
