Keith Soldan

Keith Soldan is the current CFO at American Broadband. Keith has held this position since August 2018. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer and EVP at Fusion Connect from March 2017 to April 2022. Keith was also the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Accounting at Birch Communications from July 2005 to April 2014. Before that, they were the Sr. Director/ Divisional CFO/Other at EarthLink from January 2003 to December 2005. Keith began their career as a Financial Analyst at Spherion from January 2001 to December 2003.

Keith Soldan attended Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they earned their MBA in finance. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from The University of Georgia in finance and economics, as well as a BBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in finance. In addition, Keith Soldan has a BS in finance from the Univerisity of Georgia and is certified as a CPA.
