Steven Schiltz

Steven Schiltz has a strong background in sales and management. Steven has served as the National Director of Retail Sales at American Building Contractors, Inc. since 2019. Prior to that, they were the President of Wellington Home Improvements from 2017 to 2019. From 2004 to 2017, they served as the President of Minnesota Exteriors, Inc. and from 2000 to 2004, they were the President of Instant Home Equity, LLC. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Vice President of Portfolio Management at DeGeorge Capital Corp from 1995 to 1999, and was the Marketing Manager at Miles Homes, Inc. from 1990 to 1994.

Steven Schiltz earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth between the years 1981 and 1985. Steven then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1988 to 1990.
