Domenic Carlucci

Domenic Carlucci has extensive experience in the maritime and engineering sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Global Government Services at the American Bureau of Shipping since March 2008. Prior roles at ABS include Director of Technology overseeing Machinery, Electrical, and Systems Engineering, and Manager of Industrial Equipment and SURF within Advanced Technology and Research. Prior to joining ABS, Domenic Carlucci was a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer with the US Navy from May 2000 to February 2008. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
