Gan Hwee Shu

Gan Hwee Shu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years in various roles. Currently, as Senior Human Resources Manager for the Asia Pacific region at the American Bureau of Shipping since September 2017, Gan provides strategic business partner support to regional leaders and contributes to people strategy development. Previously, as HR Director at Triumph Drilling (Singapore) Pte. Ltd from April 2011 to April 2017, Gan excelled in interpreting HR policies and enhancing market competitiveness through comprehensive strategies. Prior to that, Gan served as HR Manager at Frigstad Group from January 2006 to April 2011. Gan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Coventry University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
