Sarah Bell

Sarah Bell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Offshore and Coastal Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University at Galveston and has extensive experience in marine engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Government Engineering Services at the American Bureau of Shipping since May 2021, Sarah has previously held multiple engineering roles within the organization, focusing on sustainability and government services. Prior experience includes positions at Serco and Alion Science and Technology, where contributions to the Navy’s PMS377 Amphibious Warfare program earned recognition with the Amphibious Warfare Operation Excellence Award. Earlier roles involved structural design, technical support, and project management during critical phases of naval ship trials.
