Sarah L. Prescott

Sarah L. Prescott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business solutions and leasing and marketing within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President - Business Solutions at American Campus Communities since April 2012, Sarah focuses on system evolution and implementation in collaboration with Product Management and Development. Previous roles include Vice President - Leasing & Marketing, where leadership of a 15-person team encompassed rate setting and marketing strategies, as well as positions as Sr. Director and Director of Operations. Sarah also contributes to the Chief network, dedicated to empowering women in leadership, and holds a Board Member position at LifeWorks Austin. Sarah's educational background includes an Executive MBA, expected in May 2026, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
