Kyle Deleon

Kyle DeLeon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network since April 2019. In this role, Kyle provides strategic support to grassroots and government relations professionals focused on cancer-related public policy advocacy. Previous positions include Senior Grassroots Manager and Texas Grassroots Manager, where Kyle was instrumental in recruiting and training advocates to influence legislative priorities. Prior to these roles, Kyle worked as a Distributed Organizer for Beto for Texas, facilitating a historic grassroots voter engagement effort. In earlier roles at Mood Media, Kyle held positions including Risk Analyst and Collections Team Lead, where initiatives led to improved financial outcomes and reduced overdue balances. Additionally, Kyle has experience as a Sexual Health Peer Educator and as a GeoFORCE Counselor at the University of Texas at Austin, where Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
