Jay Smoot is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and management. Currently serving as an IT Manager at American Capital Group since August 2022, Jay previously held positions as an Information Technology Engineer at ISOutsource and a Senior IT Specialist with the City of Tukwila. Jay's expertise includes providing support to Microsoft Premier customers as a System Support Engineer III at Microsoft, and extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues for significant user bases at organizations such as the City of Redmond and AT&T Mobility. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineer Technology and an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineer Technology from ITT Technical Institute, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Skagit Valley College.
