George Branca is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading companies through challenging periods. Currently serving as Principal in the Operations Group at American Capital since January 2012, George specializes in assessing troubled companies and implementing performance improvement programs, including management team development. Previously, George held various leadership positions, including President & CEO at Load Rite Trailers, Inc. and Aeriform, as well as CEO & Chairman at Warner Power Systems. Additionally, George served as President & CEO at Mennen Medical Inc and held the role of VP & General Manager at C&D Technologies for 18 years. George Branca earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Drexel University between 1976 and 1981.
