Jeff Bogaard

Jeff Bogaard has extensive experience in system administration and technical support, currently serving as a System Administrator at American Central Transport, Inc. since March 1996, specializing in OS/400 installation, upgrades, backup, and recovery. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at System Support Inc. from 1992 to 1996, providing help desk support and implementation for UNIX/AIX/VAX based trucking software. Jeff's foundational skills were developed during service in the US Army Iowa National Guard from 1987 to 1993, where responsibilities included maintenance and repair of various weaponry and turret systems. Jeff holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in High Technology Computer Repair from Des Moines Area Community College.
