Abe Riazati

Abe Riazati is an accomplished professional in investment risk management, currently serving as the Head of Fixed Income Risk at American Century Investments since September 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Investment Risk at American Equity from April 2021 to September 2024 and Head of Investment Risk - Global Fixed Income at Morgan Stanley Investment Management between November 2012 and April 2020. Riazati's career also includes significant positions like Head of Market Risk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and SVP, Head of Investment Risk & Portfolio Analytics at Evergreen Investments. Earlier in the career, Riazati held the role of Vice President, Finance, Risk and Investments at ING Investment Management. Riazati holds a Master's degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, Riazati has completed an Advanced Risk and Portfolio Analytics Bootcamp at NYU.
