Lisa Banning

Lisa Banning possesses extensive experience in human resources, retirement services, and marketing. Currently serving as an HR Senior Specialist in Retirement at American Century Investments since September 2013, Lisa has also held roles including Learning and Development Consultant and Lead Specialist in Business Retirement Services. Prior to this, Lisa worked at The Mutual Fund Store as a Client Account Services Representative, where responsibilities included reconciling financial records and preparing performance reports. Lisa's career began at American Century Investments, where from 1993 to 2008, a variety of roles focused on marketing strategies and investor services were held. Lisa's educational background includes an MBA from Baker University and a BSBA in Human Resources from the University of Central Missouri.
