Maryann Dejesus

Maryann DeJesus, CPA, is an experienced professional with a robust background in talent development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development & Management at American Century Investments and a member of the ICI Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Maryann also contributes to the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Diverse Business Committee. In addition, Maryann has been a board member at the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired, where leadership in re-engineering performance management strategies is notable. Previously, as a Managing Director at PwC for over 34 years, Maryann spearheaded various diversity and inclusion initiatives and led the Professional Development Program. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University and a Diversity & Inclusion certification from Cornell University.
