Morgan Marquez, M.S., is an experienced professional in HR operations and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations & Analytics at American Century Investments since April 2016. Morgan’s expertise includes streamlining HR processes, HRIS management, compliance, vendor management, and HR metrics reporting.
