Paul Culotta

Paul Culotta currently serves as the Manager of the Home Office Service Team at American Century Investments, where oversight includes two teams responsible for operational and processing duties related to financial intermediaries. With extensive experience in the financial sector, Paul previously held the position of Senior Manager at Waddell & Reed, managing a group focused on operational responsibilities for third-party financial institutions. Paul's career also includes a decade at DST Systems, progressing from Client Service Representative to Unit Manager and Senior Application Analyst, where responsibilities centered on supporting mutual fund clients. Additionally, Paul has been a soccer referee for the Heartland Soccer Association since 1998, often refereeing youth soccer alongside a family member. Paul is an alumnus of Kansas State University.
