Rob Stilley has a diverse work experience. Rob began their career as an Equity Research Intern at George K. Baum & Company in 1999 and then worked as an Intermediate Auditor at Sprint until 2001. Rob then joined Emerson as a Financial Services Manager, where they worked until 2006. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Consultant at MarketSphere Consulting, completing a project for Kansas City Southern.

In 2006, Rob joined Kansas City Southern Railway as the General Director Financial Process Design, where they created and led the Process Improvement and Internal Control departments. Rob managed multiple projects and supervised a team of up to 25 employees and consultants.

Rob then worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant (Contractor) at RSM McGladrey for a brief period in 2010 before moving on to Hawker Beechcraft as a Manager II, Financial Analysis. In the same year, they also joined BATS Global Markets, Inc. as the Director of Finance, leading the Forecasting, FP&A, and Treasury management functions.

Currently, Rob is the Vice President of Finance at American Century Investments, where they are responsible for strategic and competitive analysis, decision support, capital management, strategic initiatives, and reporting. Rob leads the Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Reporting, and Profitability Management Reporting teams.

Rob Stilley completed their education at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they attended Truman State University from 1995 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Economics. Additionally, Rob Stilley has obtained several certifications including Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FPAC) Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State Board of Accountancy, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals, Cognos TM1 Developer from IBM, SIFMA Securities Industry Institute (SII) - Class of 2015 from SIFMA SII and the Wharton School, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Series 63 and Series 7 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
