Tracy Martin

Tracy Martin is a Robotics Developer at American Century Investments, a position held since July 2022, following a retirement period from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior to the current role, Tracy spent over two decades at American Century Investments, contributing as a Business Analyst, Production Program Manager, and supporting various communication projects that improved investor engagement and brand representation. Additional experience includes roles as Production Specialist, Production Services Coordinator, Associate Purchasing Agent, and Purchasing Assistant within the same company. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Recreation Assistant for the City of Harrisonville, managing league schedules and staff. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies from Northwest Missouri State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
