Vishal Govil

Vishal Govil, CFA, has over a decade of experience in the investment field, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Analyst at American Century Investments since June 2010, specializing in global real estate. Responsibilities include co-managing various real estate strategies, leading coverage for US industrial and lodging REITs, and directing ESG integration efforts. Prior to this role, Vishal worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at American Century, focusing on US lodging and industrial REITs and real estate in Asia, and held positions in equity research. Earlier experience includes an analyst role at Goldman Sachs.
