Anar Alizamanli

Anar Alizamanli is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Project Development and Senior Lawyer at Turan Legal and Tax Services since April 2021. Additionally, Anar holds multiple roles including Innovation Programs Advisor at LTC Innovation, Country Manager at Etikimza.az, and Deputy Chairperson of the Digital Economy and Innovation Committee at AmCham Azerbaijan. Anar's experience also includes a position as Chief Operations Officer at Glorri, Inc., and prior legal counsel roles at PayRiff and NPC Agro. Anar has managed doping control operations for the International Testing Agency and gained international legal experience as a Legal Specialist at China National Chemical Corp. Anar's educational background includes advanced degrees in law and international relations from Renmin University of China and China Foreign Affairs University, along with a Bachelor of Laws from the National Aviation Academy in Azerbaijan.
