Maksym Sysoiev

Co-chair Of Energy Committee at American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine

Maksym Sysoiev is currently serving as a Partner at Dentons, where Maksym is a member of the Global Energy Group. Maksym advises foreign and local companies on various legal issues and represents their interests before Ukrainian State authorities. Additionally, Maksym serves as Co-Chair of the Energy Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and is a Board Member at UABio, focusing on sustainable bioenergy development. Maksym has also held positions at the European Business Association, Marchenko Danevych, PARITET law firm, and Gide Loyrette Nouel. Maksym holds a Master of Laws from the University of Pittsburgh and a Specialist degree with distinction from National 'Jaroslav the Wise' Law Academy of Ukraine.
