Suruswadee Jaimsuwan

Suruswadee Jaimsuwan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration, judiciary, and corporate counsel positions. Currently serving as Counsel at Tilleke & Gibbins since November 2020, Suruswadee also leads the AmCham Women Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and holds arbitrator roles at the Thai Arbitration Institute and THAC Thailand Arbitration Center. Previous judicial roles include serving as a Judge at Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Provincial Court and Kantharalak Provincial Court, as well as Junior Judge positions at Thanyaburi and Minburi Provincial Courts. Suruswadee's legal career began as a Lawyer at the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University and dual Master's degrees in Law from Monash University and King's College London, specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
