Nisha Paradkar

Nisha Paradkar has a total of three work experiences. Nisha worked as a Business Analyst at ConsultAdd Inc from August 2013 to February 2015, where they were involved in data modeling, ETL projects, and provided business intelligence analysis. Nisha then joined ADP as a Senior Implementation Consultant in March 2015 and worked there until April 2019. In this role, they were proficient in various HCM/HRMS functional modules and had expertise in end-to-end implementation of acquisition and merger projects. Finally, they are currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at American Chase since April 2019.

Nisha Paradkar attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
