Michael Train

Michael Train currently serves as the Director of Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis at the American Chemical Society, overseeing corporate FP&A activities for an organization with an $800 million annual budget. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Finance at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, managing finance, accounting, and grant management operations. With extensive experience in financial planning and analysis at WETA and PPG Industries, Michael has led teams in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across various sectors. Michael also contributed to strategic finance initiatives at PPG and gained international audit experience through corporate audit services for a Fortune 200 company. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
