Rhonda Lands is an experienced professional in e-commerce product and process development, currently serving as the Assistant Director at the American Chemical Society since July 2020. In this role, Rhonda leads the ACS Open Access Operations Team and acts as Product Owner for the system supporting Open Access publishing. Rhonda is a former Lieutenant in the US Navy, specializing in Cryptology, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mapping and Land Information Science from The Ohio State University.
