Rosheen O'Donovan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in audience development and revenue growth strategies. As Vice President Audience at American City Business Journals since March 2007, Rosheen leads a consumer revenue marketing team focused on enhancing brand loyalty, optimizing paywall strategies, and increasing subscriber retention, while managing P&L for operations involving a team of over 90 members. Rosheen has successfully driven six years of continuous year-over-year growth and overachievement in annual consumer marketing goals. Prior roles include National Audience Director Events, where event attendance and ticket revenue were significantly enhanced through comprehensive marketing campaigns, and Regional Marketing & Circulation Director, promoting from a Washington publication to oversee a marketing strategy for 13 business units. Additionally, Rosheen serves on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Audited Media and has previously held director-level positions at Washington Business Journal. Rosheen holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Baylor University, earned in 1999.
