Krista Hicks

Krista Hicks is an experienced professional in the field of claims management, currently serving as the Worker’s Compensation Claims Manager at American Claims Management since July 2022. Prior to this role, Krista held various positions at Sedgwick from July 2011 to July 2022, including Claims Team Lead, Assistant Team Lead, and Claims Examiner. Krista also worked as a Project Coordinator at MESVision from March 2008 to July 2011 and began a career in sales as a Sales Representative at Xerox Copier Products Group from June 2006 to March 2008. Krista holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of La Verne, as well as several professional certifications in workers' compensation claims, including the Self-Insurance Administration Exam and Hawaii Adjuster Licensing.
