Deborah Ho is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry and academia. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at American Club Taipei since February 2019, Deborah previously held the position of Head of HR at FAIRFIELD HOTEL & SUITES LLC, overseeing hotel pre-opening tasks. Deborah also worked as Human Resources Director at S Hotel and has extensive experience in various HR roles at Crowne Plaza Kaohsiung E-Da World, including Director of HR and Training Manager, as well as serving as Director of Human Resources and Administration at EDA-Royal Hotel. Additionally, Deborah contributed to the academic field as a lecturer at National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism for 16 years. Deborah's career began at Foxconn, where responsibilities included roles as Executive PA to the VP and Logistics Specialist. Deborah holds an MBA in Business Administrative Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
