Amy Grove

Amy Grove serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at the American Coatings Association since October 2015, overseeing HR and three support departments, while managing a team of five. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Director of Human Resources at the University of Minnesota, where responsibilities spanned HR management for 225 employees, performance management strategies, and faculty recruitment. Additional experience at General Mills involved strategic HR support for over 300 employees, talent acquisition, and developing a seasonal wage recruiting process, along with an internship at ExxonMobil focusing on absentee management. Amy Grove holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College.
