Elizabeth Stigler

Elizabeth Stigler, Ph.D. is an accomplished leader in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, currently serving as the inaugural Director of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging at the American College of Chest Physicians since September 2022. With a rich background in community engagement and social equity, Elizabeth has previously held the position of Director at the Community Equity Research Center of the Chinese American Service League, where initiatives focused on amplifying diverse voices and advancing social change. In academia, Elizabeth held roles as Adjunct Professor and Visiting Assistant Professor, teaching Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies while contributing to curriculum development and student engagement. Elizabeth's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The University of Kansas, complemented by graduate certifications and degrees in related fields.
