Karim Abouelenin

Karim Abouelenin, MD, FCCP, currently serves as the National Director of Anesthesia Clinical Informatics & Data Integration at Envision Physician Services since March 2021, while also holding the position of Consultant Anesthesiologist and Chief of the Department of Anesthesia at Memorial Hospital Pembroke, Florida, since August 2007. With extensive experience in anesthesiology, Abouelenin previously led the Department of Anesthesia at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center from November 2013 to May 2016 and served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Abouelenin’s educational background includes a Clinical Research Fellowship at Harvard Medical School and dual board certifications in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
