Darrin Scheid, CAE has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Darrin is currently serving as the Marketing Director at the American College of Emergency Physicians since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Vice President, Communications at the American Osteopathic Association from December 2020 to January 2022. Before that, Darrin was the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® from February 2020 to December 2020.
Their experience at the American College of Emergency Physicians includes being the Senior Marketing Manager, Membership from February 2016 to February 2020. Additionally, they served as the Member Communications Manager at the same organization from March 2012 to August 2015.
Darrin also gained experience at the National Athletic Trainers' Association, where they worked as the Marketing and Communications Manager from October 2008 to March 2012.
Darrin Scheid, CAE holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and History from The University of Texas at Arlington. In 2012, they obtained a CAE (Certified Association Executive) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership.
