James dedicated over a decade to Mothers Against Drunk Driving in various roles, focusing on strategic leadership and program management related to victim services and underage drinking prevention. Earlier experience includes working as a Zookeeper and Special Projects Coordinator at Brevard Zoo. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Oklahoma State University.
