Pankaj Kapoor Pmpo

Pankaj Kapoor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pankaj began their career at IBM as a co-op in 1992. From 1994 to 1997, they worked at Nortel Networks, where they served as a Member of Scientific Staff and later as a Product Test Engineering Manager. At Nortel Networks, Pankaj demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing a team of over 50 employees and implementing innovative ideas to increase software quality.

In 2010, Pankaj joined Ericsson and held various roles such as Manager of the Centralized New Product Introduction (NPI) Group, Engineering Manager of the Network Multi-Vendor Verification/Inter-Operability Testing (IOT) Group, and Engineering Director of the Services Development Project Office (PMO) and New Product Introduction (NPI). In these positions, they successfully managed teams, aligned roadmaps, and developed business cases to enhance product acceptance and increase revenue.

From 2018 to 2019, Pankaj worked at the American College of Emergency Physicians as the Director of Sales and Operation. In this role, they streamlined operations, trained teams, and created monthly reports for senior management and board members.

Most recently, Pankaj joined SpringRidge in 2019 as a member of the SpringRidge Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors.

Throughout their career, Pankaj has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.

Pankaj Kapoor completed their education at The University of Texas at El Paso, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to attending university, Pankaj Kapoor also attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown.

Additionally, Pankaj Kapoor obtained several certifications, including "Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012" and "Lean Six Sigma Foundations" from LinkedIn in March 2018.
