Scott Vantre serves as the President of Virginia Foot & Ankle Center, P.C., since December 2004, and holds a Fellow title with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomate designation from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery since September 2007. Additionally, Scott Vantre has been a member of the Board of Directors at St. Mary’s Ambulatory Surgery Center since March 2006 and the Chief of the Section of Foot & Ankle Surgery at Bon Secours Mercy Health since January 2005. Scott Vantre obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wake Forest University (August 1990 - May 1994) and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University (1997 - 2001). Furthermore, Scott Vantre completed a Foot and Ankle Surgery Residency at Drexel University College of Medicine (2001 - 2004).

The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) is the professional society of more than 8,000 foot and ankle surgeons. Founded in 1942, ACFAS seeks to promote the art and science of foot, ankle and related lower extremity surgery; address the concerns of foot and ankle surgeons; ensure superb patient care; and advance and improve standards of education and surgical skill. ACFAS Fellow members are board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
