Jane Radford has a diverse background in the field of education and program management. Jane is currently the Director of Education at the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics since January 2020, where they previously served as the Associate Director of Education from February 2014 to January 2020. Prior to their current role, Jane was the Managing Partner at Radford Professional Meetings (RPM) from January 1993 to December 2017. Jane also served as a Program Manager (RPM Consultant) at the North Carolina Augmentative Communication Association from 1993 to 2015. In addition, Jane worked as a CME Accreditation and Compliance Manager (RPM Consultant) at the International Trauma Anesthesia & Critical Care Society from February 2011 to February 2014. Jane had various roles at the American College of Cardiology from 2012 to 2014, including Senior Manager of CME and Senior Specialist, Live Programs. Jane also worked as an Account Manager Women in Government Relations (WGR) (RPM Consultant) at Amber Association Partners LLC from August 2011 to October 2012. Jane served as a Senior Education Manager at the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA) from April 2010 to August 2011. Previously, Jane was a Senior Program Manager at Scienta Healthcare Education from January 2008 to February 2010. Jane also worked as the Greensboro AHEC CME Program Coordinator at Moses Cone Health System from 2001 to 2007. Jane's early career was with The School of Medicine of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they held various roles from October 1990 to December 2001.

Jane Radford, MHA, CHCP completed their education at Pfeiffer University from 2003 to 2006, earning a Masters in Healthcare Administration. In 2009, they obtained the certification of Certified Continuing Medical Education Professional (CCMEP) from the National Commission for Certification of CME Professionals, Inc. (NC-CME). Additionally, in September 2009, they received the certification of Certified Healthcare CPD Professional (CHCP) from the Alliance For Continuing Education in the Health Professions. In August 1997, they also obtained the certification of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Convention Industry Council.
