Jeff Norton

Jeff Norton possesses extensive experience in quality and safety leadership within healthcare organizations, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Creator and Instructor for "The Science of High Reliability" at the American Association for Physician Leadership since 2006, Jeff has held significant roles including Vice President of the TriHealth Institute for Safety, Reliability & Clinical Performance Improvement from 2018 to 2022, and Chief Performance Officer & Vice President at UC Health from 2014 to 2018. Prior positions include Director of the Office of Enterprise Quality and Safety at UK HealthCare, Director of Quality and Safety at Catholic Health Initiatives, Plant Manager at The Timken Company, and Senior Consultant at Accenture. Jeff holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
