Jan Penraat, DVM, MVSc, DACVS, is a veterinary surgeon with extensive experience in emergency medicine and surgery. As a Medical Director at Community Veterinary Partners, Jan has demonstrated leadership and expertise in clinical practice. Previous roles include Associate Director at Novartis and Clinical Veterinarian, showcasing a broad background in both clinical and corporate veterinary settings. Jan completed a Master's Degree through a residency program in Veterinary Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan and a Rotating Veterinary Internship focused on Medicine, Surgery, and Theriogenology at the University of Prince Edward Island.
