Oren Cass is a seasoned economist and policy expert currently serving as Chief Economist and Executive Director at American Compass since January 2020. Prior to this role, Oren held the position of Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research from April 2015 to September 2019. Oren's experience includes managerial and consulting roles at Bain & Company from 2005 to 2015, and serving as Domestic Policy Director for Romney for President from May 2011 to November 2012. Oren Cass holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, earned in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Williams College, completed in 2005.
