Melissa Ngan

Melissa Ngan is currently the President and CEO at the American Composers Orchestra. In addition, Melissa serves as Faculty for the Master of Arts in Music Leadership at Eastman School of Music. Melissa is also the Founder and Board Member of Fifth House Ensemble, where Melissa holds the titles of Founder and CEO. With a background in flute performance, Melissa has worked as a Flute and Piccolo musician for Peninsula Music Festival and as an Adjunct Professor of Flute at Carthage College. Melissa has also taught Music Entrepreneurship and Arts Entrepreneurship at DePauw University and DePaul University. Melissa holds a MM in Flute Performance from Northwestern University and a BM in Flute Performance from Eastman School of Music.
