American Conservation Experience
Amy Rupp currently serves as Associate Director for the EPIC NPS program at American Conservation Experience, beginning in February 2024. Previously, Amy was the Executive Director at the Mid-Atlantic Gigabit Innovation Collaboratory, Inc. from July 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic and operational aspects and building relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders. Prior roles include Managing Director at the Maryland Food Bank, providing leadership for the Western Branch, and various positions at Human Services Programs of Carroll County, including Program Coordinator and Victim Advocate, focusing on case management and support for vulnerable populations. Amy also worked as a Mental Health Worker at Hoffman Homes for Youth and has held positions in youth services, shipping, and manufacturing early in her career. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from St. Norbert College.
